About Us
YUTORIA Inc. translates Japan's traditional culture for the present, starting with daruma. In the longer term, we aim to become a hub for Japanese culture and implement the systems that let cultural industries sustain themselves.

From the Founder
What draws me to Japanese culture is that it is not only beauty for display. It has stood beside people at the turning points of life and work, quietly supporting their actions and relationships — a culture that functions.
Daruma carries a participatory ritual: you paint one eye when you set a wish, and the other when you achieve it. In an age of AI and accelerating digitalization, I believe that ritual quality only grows more valuable.
Daruma is only our first work. In the longer term, we aim to become a hub for Japanese culture — translating the essential value of tradition into contemporary language and experience, and implementing the systems that let cultural industries sustain themselves.
A cycle where fair value returns to the makers. Distribution that carries culture accurately to the world. That is the shape of the industry YUTORIA wants to build.
